Mr. Mohamed Muzammil was trained under the guidance of Mr. A. Natarajan, a seasoned criminal trial lawyer, Senior Counsel, and former State Public Prosecutor. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in criminal trial practice, advocacy, court craft, and litigation strategy.
With over a decade of professional practice, he has developed substantial experience in handling complex legal disputes and representing clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Public Service
During 2019–2021, Mr. Mohamed Muzammil served as Government Advocate – Criminal Side (Public Prosecutor) appointed by the Government of Tamil Nadu to appear before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras.
During his tenure, he also ably assisted the then State Public Prosecutor of Tamil Nadu in several high-profile and sensational criminal matters, gaining substantial experience in complex criminal litigation and trial proceedings.
Dispute Resolution
Mr. Mohamed Muzammil has also been appointed as Sole Arbitrator in several matters, bringing his litigation experience and legal understanding to the resolution of disputes through arbitration.
Corporate Practice
He has been appointed as Panel Counsel for Kotak Mahindra Bank, handling legal matters and proceedings on behalf of the institution.
He is appointed and serving as an In-House Counsel / Corporate Lawyer for GFT Advisors, a multinational organisation with operations in Singapore and the United States, providing exposure to corporate legal requirements and business-related legal matters.
